Steadfast Strength and Mobility Professional Personal Training is a wonderful alternative to conventional in-person training, whether due to a lack of location to the greater Manassas area or COVID-19 constraints. We can connect with you via web-based delivery systems, allowing you to receive the same high-quality training from the comfort of your own home. All of our processes remain the same, beginning with a free first assessment and mobility test during which we review your training history and choose a starting place for us.
Even if you just have a few pieces of exercise equipment, you can still get in effective exercises that allow you to advance with muscle building, weight loss, explosiveness, or anything else you want. We’ve had excellent experience remotely training our customers and athletes, and we’ve seen them develop even when they’re at home. You may allow for progressive overload, which generates the muscle adaption we’re aiming for, by incorporating innovative workouts with properly thought out activity choices. We can make it work if you simply have a set of bands, a couple of dumbbells, or nothing at all.
