STEADFAST TRAINING GLOSSARY
Definition
A high-volume resistance-training method commonly associated with ten sets of ten repetitions on selected main exercises. The familiar 10×10 version aims to repeat the same load across work sets with prescribed rest and tempo; versions and later phases differ. Ten sets of ten total 100 repetitions for one exercise, so cumulative fatigue can become demanding despite manageable early sets. Treat it as a specific training block, account for recovery and preserve sound technique. More sets do not guarantee more muscle; lower-volume training may better suit a novice or returning lifter.
