You fill out a short application so I understand your goals, history, equipment and any medical red flags.

We meet on video, dig into your background and walk through simple movement tests so I know how to keep you safe.

I build your plan around your life, load it into my coaching app and show you exactly what to do each session.

You train, log your work and send videos. I review, adjust and keep you progressing without beating you up.

Best for lifters who are comfortable training solo but want a smart plan and progression.

  • Custom 4 week strength and mobility plan in the app.

Good fit if you want professional programming without high touch coaching.

High Support

Rebuild And Performance

Best for people with complex histories, Crohn’s, surgeries or more aggressive performance goals.

  • Everything in Online Coaching.
  • Extra check ins focused on sleep, stress and recovery.
  • Faster program adjustments as your body responds.
  • Priority form reviews and messaging.

Good fit if you want more hands on guidance while you rebuild or push for bigger goals.

I only take on a limited number of online clients at a time so each person actually gets coached.

  • You cannot commit to the same time each week.
  • You only want a couple of random one off workouts.
  • You are looking for a cheap gym buddy, not a professional coach.
  • You live too far away to arrive on time without stress.

Assessment and Plan

$149 one time

Best for lifters who want a professional setup and roadmap before running on their own.

  • One seventy five minute assessment session.
  • One sixty minute follow up within two weeks.
  • Personalized four week program you can run with or without ongoing coaching.

Good fit if you want clarity and confidence before committing to weekly sessions.

High Support

High Support Coaching

$600 every four weeks

Best for people who need closer oversight due to injuries, surgeries or aggressive goals.

  • Three sixty minute sessions each week.
  • Program built around medical issues, surgeries and joint limitations.
  • Priority access for questions between sessions.
  • Eight week minimum commitment.

Good fit if you want more hands on guidance and faster feedback while you rebuild.

Due to time and energy constraints I only work with a maximum of ten in person clients at any given time.
