What is included?
This planner assumes straight sets, the same sets and repetitions for every exercise, and one transition between exercises. The transition replaces the rest after the last set of an exercise. There is no extra rest after your final set.
How the estimate works
Work time = exercises × sets × repetitions × seconds per repetition. Rest time = exercises × (sets minus 1) × rest seconds. Transition time = (exercises minus 1) × transition seconds. Warmup and finishing minutes are then added.
Include equipment setup and walking time in your transition estimate. Warmup sets must fit inside your warmup allowance. For unilateral exercises, count repetitions for both sides if both are performed within one set. This tool does not model supersets, circuits, unexpected equipment waits or individual exercise tempos.
Use the schedule, keep the recovery
If the session runs long, change the exercise count or set count before automatically cutting the rest your training plan needs. The default values are an editable example, not a personalized prescription.
